Dog Walking Service Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Woofin mad adventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our dog
walking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure
the safety and well-being of the pets we care for and set expectations for
payment and service use.
2. Services Provided
We offer dog walking services to Towcester (Northamptonshire) and surrounding
communities . Services may include regular walks, feeding (if requested), and
general pet care during scheduled walks.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Pet Health: The client must ensure their dog is in good health, fully
vaccinated, and that we are informed of any known health issues, medications,
or special care needs.
• Behavior and Safety: Clients must inform us of any behavioral issues that
could impact the dog’s behavior, such as aggression, anxiety, or leash reactivity.
• Access: The client is responsible for ensuring we have access to their dog
at the agreed-upon times, including providing keys or access codes as needed.
4. Invoicing and Payments
• Invoicing: Invoices will be sent out on the last working day of each month,
covering all services rendered during that month.
• Payment T erms: Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, details of these can be found at the
bottom of the invoice.
• Late Payments:Late payments may incur a late fee of £2.50 if the payment is more than 3 days
overdue, then a further £0.50 charges on a daily basis from the 4the day until the
payment is received in full and/or may result in a pause or termination of service
until payment is received.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations:
We request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less
than 24 hours’ notice may still incur a fee.
• Refunds: No refunds will be given for walks canceled within the 24-hour
period prior to the scheduled service time.
6. Liability
While we prioritize the safety of every pet, we are not liable for:
• Any injury or illness related to a pre-existing condition or the pet’s own
actions.
• Any damage the pet may cause to third parties, including property, during
the walk.
• Incidents that arise from undisclosed information by the client regarding the
pet’s health or behavior.
7. Emergencies
In an emergency (illness, injury, or extreme weather), we will contact the client
immediately. If the client cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary assistance
or take necessary steps to ensure the pet’s safety at the client’s expense.
8. Photos and Updates
With the client’s permission, we may take photos of their dog during walks for
updates or promotional purposes. No photos will be shared publicly without prior
consent.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients
will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of updated terms.
